Event Packages
The Pitch Perfect Golf Simulator event packages are perfect for providing bespoke, fun, inclusive, next level interactive entertainment for your events. Guests will benefit from high-definition graphics and ultra realistic course play and have the option of playing specific courses or holes or partaking in designated competitions such as nearest the pin, longest drive or putting challenges.

Hire charges are simple and can be tailored to your specific needs. Rental of the simulator is charged at £230 per hour, all bookings must be a minimum duration of 3hrs. There is also a daily rate (8hrs) of £1,520.
For any bespoke requests, or if you are a venue looking to provide some additional entertainment, we can offer a Pay-as-you-Play service to help encourage guests to stay longer at your premises. If you would like to discuss this further, or if you have any questions, please contact us below.

Pitch Perfect Golf Events provides a UK wide service and there are no charges for travel to events hosted within the following areas- Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset. *For event spaces located outside of these areas, a small travel charge will be added to cover fuel and accommodation (where necessary), and this will be advised before booking is confirmed.

Booking requires a 50% deposit of the simulator hire charge. Remaining balance (including any travel costs that apply*) are due 28 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations received in writing over 28 days in advance of the event date are fully refundable. Cancellations received in writing within 28-8 days of the event date are refunded at 50% of the total cost paid. Cancellations received in writing within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
We also accept bookings at short notice so please do contact us for our availability.
